Feature: Add request points to the pool #53

What feature would you like to see?
Adding request points to the item pool will make jobs feel better, as all jobs would then have at least two rewards; the typical request point "reward" would be turned into a check. Also, players may be able to get to higher ranks prior to being able to complete a certain number of jobs, since normally it requires at least access to Green Town and Seaside Cyberworld.
This will require a clever workaround, as Mystery Data are handled uniquely and can't use the same text script function to give request points, and there isn't an item type that can give them either. Perhaps a key item can be used for 1, 2, 3, and 4 request points, and the Mr. Prog near the Request BBS can be used to take these items and give request points.
