Release/Publish #4
Description
Release:
- Create release script to copy README into core package
- Build and format core
- Use semver to generate CHANGELOG
- adjust version for core package.json
- Commit all changes
- Tag the next version
push has to be done manually - changes can be verified before public release
Publish
- run CD on tag push (same as in xUI)
