Add documentation for installing PyTorch on our NVIDIA GPUs

We should create some short docs for installing PyTorch so it works on our NVIDIA GPUs. People will often install a version of PyTorch that is the CPU version. They will then run this version of PyTorch on our NVIDIA GPU nodes. I do not see this being some major documentation, so we may want to put it in an FAQ.
