Draw attention to the proper workflow for submitting batch jobs #494
Description
It is a common occurrence that users believe they need to be on an acompile session to submit a job. Since they are in an acompile session, this can often carry over environment variables to their submitted job (if they do not stop this from happening). We should attempt to clarify this and show the proper workflow, perhaps using a diagram, flowchart, or image.
