Server 500 when try to change the state for a drive after changing the state of an organization

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your organizations
2. click on 'Edit details'
3. Change the state for the organization
4. Now click on 'manage' for a drive that is part of that organization
5. See error - 500

Expected behavior
gracefully handle the error
if there is only one state in the organization details, change the state for the drive
If multiple states, and the one that was changed is relevant to the drive's state, change the state automatically.
Otherwise, keep it as is
