Investigate serverless cloud service and register a first simple serverless function

~Which serverless service do we want to use? The IBM one seems good. Do we need one which plays well with graph.cool? Register a first serverless function which can mutate data in graph.cool (example data)~

Apparently graph.cool has support for mutations already, also provides serverless functions. Investigate!
