Link methods with same signature but different domains

There are quite a few methods shared between Chrome and Safari that are located in different domains e.g. [Emulation.setEmulatedMedia](https://compatibility.remotedebug.org/Page/Safari%20iOS%209.3/commands/setEmulatedMedia) & [Page.setEmulatedMedia](https://compatibility.remotedebug.org/Page/Safari%20iOS%209.3/commands/setEmulatedMedia) . These should be, at least, linked in the compat tables.
