Does this still allow to send up to the Chroma SDK?

I've been interested in trying to hack Chroma to be able to hook into other lighting API's that do not have in-game support such as overwatch. If I used this am I still able to keep Chroma working with my Razer products and just have this be a middleware of sorts to talk with my other peripherals that are not Chroma enabled?
