Activation Contribution

As a consultant I'm helping some of my customer to use Metrics.NET.
Along with my customers we found needs for having dynamic activation for metrics report.
The idea is to set it in the configuration and bind it into the sending pipeline before the actual metrics reports.
This way the organization will be able to activate/deactivate metrics of specific profiles (for example tags) on demands, in order to reduce the traffic without having to limit the metric reports beforehand.
We intend to add this functionality for our use, and considering to contribute it into this repository.

So, if I understood correctly, the feature is to optionally filter which metrics get pushed based on the given configuration. Correct?
