Synthesize sound and/or CV from virtual keyboard

Synthesize sound from virtual (or external MIDI) keyboard as input to JS patch.

It would be nice if a patch (emulated in JS) could be "played" with the virtual keyboard by generating and sending audio instead of MIDI.
It would require a simple polysynth in JS, with no parameter control but maybe a handful of presets to select between.

For modular oscillator patches that take 1V/Oct CV input it would be nice to synthesise CV and Gate from the virtual keyboard.
