Thumbnail / Card View On Flow Page Request

Hi Dev.

I've just switched to your App from Inoreader, the prices are ridiculous.

One of the features I miss most in your wonderful App is on the Flow Page, a Thumbnail image where the left circle is at present.

Better still a Card View preview image above each articles preview text.

This really would give your App a bit of final polish and put you on the map.

Please can you consider my feature request.
