Hello! This is great stuff. I'm fooling around with packaging RaptorEngine and X-Wing-Revival (.deb) as a personal thing.
Could you please specify the use/redistribution/modification rights? Thanks in advance!

The license is a good question that I unfortunately haven't thought of an answer to yet. My general intent is that you can do whatever you like with the code, although I'd rather people not just slap their name on my work and call it their work. I'm sure there are several free software licenses that exist for exactly that purpose, so I just need to do some research and pick one.

The only complication for your .deb project is that the ship models and textures are not my creation, which could be a problem if you want to submit a package that includes the game assets. Those resources are not here on GitHub, only in the X-Wing Revival zip releases.

Speaking of releases, we're now less than 2 weeks from May the Fourth! I'll soon be releasing X-Wing Revival 0.1.9 and pushing the latest RaptorEngine code from my local Subversion to the GitHub repositories.
