Milestone dashboard not showing the test executed count

Hi,
In my current project we are trying to pull up the Milestone Dashboard report to see the test case execution status and the current milestone status.
We have tagged all the test cases with milestone and it shows the test case count in the milestone dashboard.
However when it comes to "Test Case Executed" status, we are not able to see that being updated, even though we are meeting the 4 criterias for it to update the dashboard.

Could you let us know what can be causing the issue, as we have been using this for our previous milestones.
