Get-ISHPrerequisites - Limit and/or filter list of prerequisites that will be downloaded
Currently when using Get-ISHPrerequisites, all pre-requisites are downloaded, even the ones that are 'optional'. E.g. the ones depending on the database used.
To do: Review the list and see if we can differentiate between 'required' and 'optional' ones and how to parameterize this in the command-let.
