How about to merge development to master branch?

As I see RML-Mapper's master branch points to the development branch of RML-Processor, when it'd be natural (at least for me) to have the master-master dependency.

Development branch includes was started quite some time ago, how about to merge it back to the master? And restore the master-master dependency. :)
