Rewrite frontend in Svelte 5

Looking at https://component-party.dev/ and comparing Svelte 5 and Vue and I have to say, Svelte 5 looks a lot nicer to read and write.

It's also a highly desired framework according to the 2024 StackOverflow survey: https://survey.stackoverflow.co/2024/technology#2-web-frameworks-and-technologies

Rewriting the frontend in Svelte is quite some undertaking but maybe a nice project to make FlightCore more future proof. Not sure of a partial rewrite during the transition is possible or whether it would be one big change.

Also it will affect a lot of core frontend logic that needs to be rewritten and ideally existing bigger PRs like #1127 would be merged first.

I don't really know how to position myself in the war of web frameworks (yes it's a war), because every framework community obviously will defend the tool they use, without knowing the others.
For instance, with Vue, maturity and richness of its libraries ecosystem is often mentioned against Svelte (maybe that's also why Svelte is highly "desired" but also less used than Vue?).

Lastly, I'd prefer investing the few resources we have in writing/reviewing new features, rather than reinventing the wheel (nope, no need to rewrite NorthstarLauncher in Rust as well 😄).
