[vCenter:] When having 2 storage with the same name under the same cluster and the first storage between them is under ESXI that is under maintenance mod and trying to deploy an app that uses this storage will return an error

STR
Have a vCenter With two ESXI under the same cluster and in both of the ESXI have storage with the same name
Put the first ESXI under maintenance mode
Config the vCenter VMWare resource storage to point on the storage with the same name
Create a reservation
Add undeployed app that using the vCneter resource
Deploy the resource

BIR
an error appears
