Problem with availability zone in CF

Jason shell be fixed to be compatible to the valid availability zones. In case of adding new sub region from Amazon side, there will be need to fix the jason file to be aligned to that change.
This error was obtained: 
Value (us-west-1b) for parameter availabilityZone is invalid. Subnets can currently only be created in the following availability zones: us-west-1c, us-west-1a.
