Backup server changes to Master state immediately

Thanks for sharing.

Everything looks great except that the Backup server changes to Master state immediately after it starts. And when I stop the haproxy on the Master, the service is inaccessible from the VIP, though the containers on the Backup are running correctly.

I am running docker on two Virtual Machines. Haproxy works fine using round-robin policy switching between two VMs.

Do we need some special network configurations on the VMs, or Dockerfile?
