Expected Behavior

When you have Wings enchants then you hold them in your hand and put them on and press jump immediately fly will be allowed but antiworldfly does not work

Current Behavior

When you have enchants Wings then you hold in hand and put on and press jump immediately fly will be allowed but antiworldfly does not work

Steps to reproduce

1. Use AdvancedEnchantment plugins then get enchant with Wings line
2. force enchant Wings into shoes
3. Hold shoes with enchant wings in hand
4. Hold jump button (hold space) and put on shoes with enchant wings will fly without antiworldfly

Hi, as AdvancedEnchantments is not open source or freely available I cannot properly debug this. You will need to reach out to them for support.

Any contributions or input from them are welcome here, but as it stands I do not have the resources to work on this.
