Any user can create a time entry of duration "0" or "-X" hours which should not be allowed #2
Description
Time entries should be restricted to positive numbers ( > 0 ). Note: a user can currently enter a time of 0 hours (or a negative number of hours) and it does not show on time reports when reported "by task".
