unable to paste HTML code in comments/wiki/etc

i think this is a big one, qdPM for example does the job:

when pasting php/html code into any text field, the browser tryes to interpretate it.
instead we all would like to see the original html/php code!

other programs automatically do the work of converting
/ > < ==> & & &
for you.
