[Task] Separate main Dockerfile into backend and frontend

Separate the /Dockerfile into two for each side of the project.

Backend one in /backend/Dockerfile and Frontend one in /frontend/Dockerfile.

This will allow for more control over what runs where and fixes some issues on the backend side.
