RabbitDruid Rig Updates, Page Styles

RabbitDruidA has a capeTip_jnt now to animate the tip of the cloak
Re-rigged, re-weighted, and animation entirely reworked.

RabbitDruid now has a look around cycle as well.

Nav links had no padding with the browser, Procstack text needed re-centering, footerbar was too transparent in the middle for all pages.
