Advanced mode in groovy macro?

Dear all,

I've made a forum.sc post about a bug using RS-Fish as I could not upload all my files here. Basically, we’re using RS-Fish in a groovy macro and can’t seem to have the advanced mode run correctly. It will launch RS-Fish in interactive mode (see screenshot) and requires us to click ‘done’ and ‘ok’ on the pop up windows.

However, if we run the RS-Fish plugging alone first, in advanced mode, then our macro run without any interactions required, in advanced mode.

Does you have a workaround this?
