Add a dev server #42
Description
Currently the library works by installing the plugin into streamdeck and restarting the application. It would be nice if when running in debug mode, we could install a relay plugin which transfers messages back and forth, and then just run the application normally in visual studio so that the debugger can remain attached.
The relay would connect to the dev-server, and the dev-server would connect to the stream-deck acting as a middle man.
