Translating Aggregated Columns in Tables

When working with Tables/Matrices, some columns are aggregated resulting in adding some keywords like "First", "Last", "Earliest", etc.
Example:

I want to rename these columns but the translations will stop working if am not using the original column name.
How do you handle these cases?
