Output file problems #1

Hey, I know this one is really old but it SHOULD still work as nothing really changed in those 3 years as far as I know. I tested getting issues of a private repo with this jar but I got a 2kb csv file which can't be opened (or I'm too dumb). I have OpenOffice and when I double click on the resulting file it asks (in a "filter option" window) which format this csv file is (there's a list of like 30-40 different filter formats). I tried "text" and "Office XML 1.0 table" but both said there are errors in the file. How do I actually get the info? Or is the file really broken?
(If I open the file with Notepad the only normal word I see in there is "Root entry")
