Condense Function Arguments #4
Description
- Remove redundancy
- no need for specifyAcquisition, either give acquisitions as list or default to none and check that
- Split wp.process() into process_spe and process_alpha
- Move all plotting into separate functions, not arguments to processing functions
- Group related parameters into single structure
