Reports not going into report folder

Describe the bug
Reports are being generated in the utility's root directory instead of generating and saving to a "reports" folder.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run a full test run
2. Save either a detailed or cleaned report
3. Report will save to the root directory where the utility was ran vs the "Reports" folder

Expected behavior
A reports folder should be generated if missing and any/all reports should be saved to that folder; cleaned or detailed reports both.
