Investigate the use of rotary encoder overlay

Take a look at that overlay. Could edit it to include an optional push button event and up / down volume events.

Or could add a new overlay justboom-rotary or audio-rotary to cater for rotary encoder in audio setting, or add this to the existing JustBoom overlays perhaps (although maybe this would unnecessarily tie up gpio pins that aren't necessarily used?)
