Test Failure #8

Hi,
I noticed Dancer2::Plugin::Adapter has few failed CPANT Tester reports specially on windows machine.
e.g.

Looking into the detail, I found the envrionment has Dancer2 v0.11 installed. In one test script t/file-temp.t is trying to call method to_app() which is only added to Dancer2 v0.151000.
I suggest we should make Dancer2 v0.151 as min prereq or fix the the test script.
