Hi, trying to use this to export VMDL files from Dota 2 into Blender. I haven't done any C/C++ dev work since college, so I'm unsure how to get this project compiling on windows. How should I go about it?

The easier and more complete tool for this is https://github.com/SteamDatabase/valveresourceformat; this is more what I was using when initially taking apart a few of the formats.
