Updated compatible Smoothieware?

Any chance you can update the firmware files for the Motionboard (rev B) to the current Smoothieware? and/or give some guidance on how to change and build Smoothieware to work with the Motionboard?

The current upstream version will now work with Motionboard. The setting ENABLE_DEBUG_MONITOR needs to be set to 0, which it is by default. Apart from that it's just a matter of changing the pin numbers in the config file to the appropiate pins used on the Motionboard.
