Disable Widget after opened for 3 days if paymentId is set

Since we'll cleanup PENDING ClientPayment's in the server as per https://github.com/PayButton/paybutton-server/issues/1069, we shouldn't allow a very delayed payment to be made if there is a risk that we've cleaned up the corresponding ClientPayment.
