How to use the PDCache java?

First I use 'java -jar PDCache_all.jar' in ./jar directory .It went wrong with messages "Error: Invalid or corrupt jarafile PDCache_all.jar"
Then I use mvn tools to reinstall "mvn clean install" It also went wrong.
