Question: Can this solution be applied to a SPA react app?

Hello! Can this solution be applied to a SPA react app? Or all this IT/Ops magic can be applied to a ASP.NET MVC app? I'm wondering how to register all those requests interceptors on UI side if doing a SPA using react or angular?
