Unable to click on video options on playlists

In playlists, the three dot options dropdown menu does not open when clicked, nor responds to any other action I've attempted. This occurs on both the main playlist page and on the playlist subwindow on video pages.

Experienced this on both Chrome and Firefox. Created a clean new Firefox profile to confirm the button normally works, then installed a default Iridium and confirmed it caused the issue.

I have this problem too. When I use search option three dot options dropdown menu doesn't open either
