Generate single file HTML report for easier sharing

Thanks for creating such a nice QC tool! 

Currently to share the HTML report on has to copy the entire directory. It would be nice to have all of this contained in a single HTML file, similar to a e.g. [MultiQC report](https://github.com/MultiQC/MultiQC), to make it easy to share with other people.
