Checkout New Branch for Iron-Skillet results in errors.

Expected behavior

I should be able to checkout skillets and produce configuration files.

Current behavior

Results contain values but no commands.

Possible solution

build_all.sh file output attached which shows errors. It looks like skillets are not found.

Steps to reproduce

ran git clone of a panhandler branch (e.g., panos_v11.0)
cd iron-skillet/tools
./build_all.sh

I can't create a day one config.

Your Environment

All environments I tried experienced the same issue. Latest versions of all OS and Docker. Rocky Linux/Docker, Ubuntu/Docker, Synology/Docker.
