Figure code wont run

THere are too many local files and file paths for the analysis code to run - please update the code so it can run on another user's machine.

Changed local paths to instead pull from Synapse or URLs for figure scripts (located in https://github.com/PNNL-CompBio/MPNST_Chr8/tree/main/figures) and multi-omics analysis (https://github.com/PNNL-CompBio/MPNST_Chr8/blob/main/proteomics/5-panSEA_using_helper.R)

If you have further changes, please create a PR instead of committing directly to master so they don't conflict with other updates required for the project.
