New Camlp5 (8.04.00) due to new OCaml (5.4.0): need to update GT

The new OCaml has new annotation for type-variables, which necessitates updating the AST.
That means related changes to the Camlp5 AST. GT will be affected. Here´s a pointer to the
changelog entry:
