To run the model, I need certain inputs, but I don't know specifically what information they refer to.

These are:

Could you tell me what information each one refers to and where I could find this data?

sdate_24_bands.clm provides sowing dates for crops. phusum_gswp3-w5e5_obsclim_24_bands_annual_1901-2019.clm provides corresponding heat unit requirements for crops. These inputs are derived from the GGCMI crop calendar for phase 3, which is available within the ISIMIP project, using the GSWP3-W5E5 climate data also available within ISIMIP.

tillage_1973_1974-2010_1973_as_till_everywhere.clm provides a timeseries of grid-specific information about tillage. The dataset is documented in this paper

residues_madrat_1850-2015_16bands.clm provides crop-specific residue recycling rates.

grassland_lsuha_gswp3_2000-2000.clm provides livestock densities for grazing. The dataset is documented here
