Building Segment Names

For Reporting to work properly, all building segment names must be the same.

• Include helpful warning to users about this requirement
• When creating a building segment, have a popup ask for the name and explain the need for them to be the same.
• Allow report writer to skip, with message, to ensure that LOGS always get written. Right now if it errors, it doesn't complete the report writing.
