Remove subPropertyOf, domain, and range from Vocabulary #566
Description
Currently the Vocabulary model has the properties subPropertyOf, domain, and range, but these really only make sense on the Predicate model. They can be removed from Vocabulary.
DLCD Subjects and Test Vocabulary both had some data entered, but these can be cleared out for these properties.
