/osi-approved endpoint does not contain latest licensing data

Noticed with EUPL-1.2 license, which is not listed under /osi-approved endpoint (only EUPL-1.1 is), but it is an approved OSI license as it can be seen in the web.

Actually, EUPL-1.2 is not listed under parent path /licenses as well
