It is need dioda for row pin?? And suport funky switch??

Hi sir, iam interested with your project, i want to used for my DIY wheel, there is 9 buton, 2 funky switch(RKJXT1F42001), 3 rotary encoder, 2 peddle sifter, and 2 cluth ( with hall sensor on the wheel.) It will suport with your frimeware?? And also for the row pin need dioda sir?? Because i was try DDC frimeware with arduino promicro but not working sir. And your frimeware suport any game?? Like asettocorsa, dirtrally, ets, moza, etc sir???
