Can not see as a connected device

I've flashed OSH_PB_Controller_0.16.hex to my stm32f103c8t6 but in OSHStudio main screen there is no any mark that my device as connected. How can i fix this?

Hi, did you look at device manager in Windows if the microcontroller appears?
