Wifi not working

Wifi isn't working as the AP6212 chip isn't communicating with the CPU.

Seen that Elegoo has some additional packages in /boot/dtb/ named allwinner, amlogic and freescale, I suppose that has something to do with it.
I wasn't able to implement the packages as I'm lacking knowledge.

The front page says:

Easy WiFi config

Yet the installation page says WiFi isn't working.

Is it still not working?

I suppose I could run a WiFi line over, but I'd rather not have to step over the cable (the Elegoo isn't exactly something on a bench)

I'm afraid so, yes. I haven't been able to reverse-engineeer what Elegoo is doing with their Wi-Fi.
