[Data Mover] Compaction does not always work #7

Run the datamover command with PUT and compaction flags.

Check subsystem capacity using "nvme list"

After the first run, repeat the command again to perform overwrites and re-run the compaction

Check subsystem capacity using "nvme list"

After the re-run of compaction, we should not see the change in the capacity of the subsystems between the 2 runs.
The issue is, the compaction is not successful all the time even though the datamover logs shows successful.
Running the compaction command manually is working fine and can see the change in the capacity of subsystem
